Smart Parts Press Release

Smart Parts has received several reliable reports that certain companies have sold Ions lacking serial numbers, telling their customers that warranty service would be provided through their business. Without serial numbers, the legal origin of these markers is in doubt and they are not eligible for Smart Parts warranty support. Be aware that any company selling Ions without serial numbers is not a Smart Parts authorized dealer or service center.

There is never a legitimate reason to ever remove a marker's serial number. Due to the very real possibility that it may be stolen property, Smart Parts recommends that any customer receiving an Ion, or other Smart Parts paintball marker without a serial number, immediately return the marker to the place or person from which it was purchased, and report the incident to Smart Parts.

To assure complete reliability, only products with original serial numbers will be accepted for warranty service by authorized service centers.

PACKING AND CARE OF YOUR STUFF

WE TAKE GREAT CARE TO ENSURE YOUR PURCHASE ARRIVES AT ITS DESTINATION IN PRISTINE CONDITION.SMALLER QUANTITIES OF PAINTBALLS (6 TO 15) ARE WRAPPED 2 or 3 TOGETHER AND COMPLETELY COVERED IN A HEAVY DUTY PLASTIC. 16 PLUS BOXES ARE PALLETISED AND PALLET WRAPPED.

Mercury Paintball s.l. takes great care to ensure your stuff leaves our warehouse correctly, however it is not responsible for goods lost in transit and claims for such losses should be directed to the carriage company responsible for shipping your order.

If your order is damaged or shows signs of being tampered with you must check the entire contents in front of the carrier and sign the carrier´s sheet in accordance with the actual condition and quantity of contents. It is not sufficient to sign unexamined or damaged on the carrier´s sheet, as we will not credit or replace missing goods from such orders.

All claims for missing goods on shipments that arrive damaged should be made to the carrier. We will of course continue to correct incorrect shipments caused through an error in packing of your order at our warehouse
