Q: If I live in another European country do I need to pay VAT
A: If you have a properly registered company and have an Intrastat number you do not need to pay VAT in Spain. You can check if your company qualifies by following the link.

Q: Why do I have to pay by bank transfer or money order?
A: We work on a small margin consequently we are unable to give credit or pay the interest charges on credit cards.
Q: How long do deliveries take?
A: If you order on Monday or Tuesday your goods should arrive Thursday or Friday. If your order is urgent we suggest you collect it from the transport company's depot, it usually saves a day.
Q: When is my order despatched?
A: Usually within 24 hours of receipt of proof of payment (either by fax or e-mail.)
Q: Where's my Stuff?
A: We provide a tracking number on request. If your order hasn't arrived within 24 hrs please call us on +34 952 038 439, we are in constant contact with our carriers and we will resolve the matter speedily.
Q: What happens if you don't have the paintball I ordered in stock?
A: We carry a huge stock, but if we don't have the paintball you wanted we will substitute another of similar characteristics or better.Please remember all our prices are shown without IVA.

Order Errors (yours) In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, and have not been in touch before they are picked and dispatched, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, Mercury Paintball Europe S.L. does not offer refunds on markers or air/co2 systems. For a refund on other unused items send the items back to us at Mercury Paintball Europe S.L., Poligono Industrial San Luis, C/ Veracruz 8, 29006 Málaga, Spain.
